Why the incentives are stated out loud
Travelpilot makes money when you book through a partner. That is a conflict of interest, and pretending otherwise is how comparison sites end up useless. So we state it: outbound booking links are affiliate links, they cost you nothing extra, and they never change the order of the results.
What ranks a hotel here is distance to the stops in your guide, then price, then rating. If a cheaper non-partner option exists we will still show it — a recommendation you cannot trust is worth less to us than the commission.
